Public Education

Union Sanitary District prides itself on the work we do to treat and dispose of the wastewater from our customers in Union City, Newark and Fremont. We have a number of education and outreach programs to share our good work.

School Outreach
We provide a free hour long presentations for 5th grade classes in all our district’s schools. Teachers and principals can request our presenters to come out any time throughout the school year. Read More >>
